Required Years of Experience 1 year Job Details The iconic Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg, in partnership with award-winning Chef Lee Wolen and Boka Restaurant Group, is currently seeking Server Assistants to join the team at Elliott Aster (opening soon)!

 Elliott Aster is poised to become a vibrant addition to St. Petersburg’s culinary scene, offering refined dinners in the beautiful dining room, as well as a bustling waterfront patio for aperitivos and cocktails. Chef Lee Wolen’s elegant menu highlights handmade pasta and carefully sourced steaks cooked over a wood grill. The restaurant features bountiful salads and pristine local seafood alongside sliced to order salumi and freshly baked focaccia. With a focus on delivering unforgettable dining experiences, the restaurant aims to become a cherished local favorite while also serving as a must-visit destination for travelers. Server Assistant’s Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Servers to deliver a memorable dining experience to all guests
Assisting with greeting guests & water service
Clearing & resetting tables Transport soiled dishes to the dishwashing area

Manager Qualifications:

Must have weekend availability (Friday, Saturday & Sundays) 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, particularly fine-dining
Genuinely hospitable and caring of each and every guest’s experience This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and wants to join a hard-working and fun team.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments If you feel you meet the requirements, are a team player, experienced, passionate, and dedicated to your craft, we want to hear from you!
