You’re quick on your feet, great with kids and parents alike, and know how to keep a room smiling, while keeping everyone on task. If you’ve got the personality of a hype crew and the timing of a stage manager, we want you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Party Host, you’re the MVP of our birthday and group celebrations. You’ll be in charge of the full party experience from start to finish—making sure guests are checked in, prepped for jumping, served food and drinks, and most of all, having a blast.

Your goal:

throw the best party of their lives, every time.

Key responsibilities include:

Greet and guide party guests with enthusiasm and clarity. Assist with waiver completion and verify guest information. Prep jumpers with wristbands and safety instructions. Serve food, beverages, and cake with flair and a smile. Keep parties running on a tight, fun-filled schedule. Set up and clean up party rooms like a pro. Restock supplies and help keep the party area polished and organized. Promote Krave menu upgrades and party add-ons. Write personalized thank-you notes to every guest of honor. Engage kids, communicate with parents, and represent the Launch brand with excitement.

WHAT IT TAKES

Outgoing, positive, and ready to make memories for others. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift. Team player with a flexible attitude—willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or restaurants is a bonus but not required. Must be available weekends and holidays—when the party never stops.
