The Bond Maker is dedicated to creating meaningful connections among women through elevated events. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Event Host , to bring energy and warmth to our weekly events and meetups throughout Polk County, Florida.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Event Hosting:

Be the face of The Bond Maker at weekly events and meetups, ensuring all attendees feel welcomed and valued. Arrive early at venues to prepare and ensure the event runs smoothly.

Engagement and Atmosphere:

Energize attendees by creating a friendly, inviting, and engaging environment. Facilitate conversations, encourage participation, and ensure every attendee has a great experience.

Public Speaking:

Comfortably speak in front of groups, providing guidance and sharing any necessary information about the event to keep things flowing.

Venue Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact with venue staff, ensuring everything is set up and that the event runs seamlessly.

Community Interaction:

Engage with attendees during and after events to build relationships and encourage future participation.

Virtual Event Hosting:

Host and participate in virtual events when needed, using a computer or laptop.

Qualifications:

Event Hosting Experience:

Previous experience hosting events or facilitating group activities is required.

Public Speaking Skills:

Comfort with speaking to groups, energizing the room, and keeping the event lively.

Interpersonal Skills:

A natural ability to connect with others and create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with attendees and share key information.

Technical Skills:

Experience using a laptop or computer for virtual events and hosting online interactions.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to event locations, with a valid driver’s license.

Age Requirement:

Must be over the age of 21.

Additional Requirements:

Dependability:

Must be reliable and consistently arrive early for events.

Team Collaboration:
