This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences at our museum during the busy season. As a member of our team, you will engage with visitors, assist with various services, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities Reset the floors throughout the day Assist with cleaning of costumes Support management by helping to facilitate activities and ensuring smooth operations. Deliver excellent guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously. Engage with children during activities, fostering a fun and safe environment.
