In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in maintaining our high standards of hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly as they enter the establishment and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests. Take orders and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station and dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service delivery. Assist in managing guest relations, fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons. Skills Strong background in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
