Overview:
Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentive host/hostess for our private guest and member lounge, Club Bardo. Our host/hostess is the first impression of our restaurant and sets the tone for the dining experience. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each of our guests feels their presence is expected and welcome and that we are excited about their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Extend guests a warm and gracious welcome and escort them to their table Be attentive to guest’s needs and assist in providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience Maintain a clean and well-organized front of the house environment Perform opening and closing duties Have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus and current specials Manage private guest reservation system and special dining requests for club members and hotel guests
