Some requirements of Host staff include the following: Greet guests in a timely manner with a positive attitude. Provide excellent customer service. Confirm every patron meets the legal drinking age before entering the facility. Communicate with upper management concerning any dispute or conflict. Requirements All Wet Willie’s staff must meet these minimal job requirements: High School graduate or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older. Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience. Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor. Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
