Host/To-Go Traditions Global Cuisine 1140 Mt Zion Road, Morrow, GA 30260 Job Summary As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering a restaurant or hotel. Your primary responsibility is to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for guests. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave Manage reservations and seating arrangements Provide menus and communicate daily specials Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist callers as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus Knowledge of food service procedures and guest services etiquette Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations Ability to maintain positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment
