Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to relay guest needs and special requests. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality in the restaurant.
