Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu
• Take reservations and manage the seating chart
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries over the phone
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Use Aloha POS system to manage guest orders and payments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional guest relations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
