Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering phones and taking reservations Manage the reservations system to effectively accommodate a high volume of guests. Making sure that all guest facing information is always current in the reservations system. Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant Responsible to take the to-go orders via phone, check orders for accuracy and process the check for the customer Qualifications no experiece required High school diploma. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff. Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
