You greet guests with a splash of charm, check waivers, and walk them through what’s about to go down.

Want a bigger canvas? Glow upgrade? Drip figure? You’re the smooth talker who helps guests level up their art attack.
Checkout Champs:
You’re the final vibe-check before they leave — ringing up add-ons, souvenirs, and drinks with a smile.
Sip & Snack Specialists:
Pouring beers, popping wine, and making sure the snack game is on point. Clean bar. Happy guests. (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome every guest like they’re the VIP of the day Guide guests through check-in, waivers, and gear-up process Sell add-ons and upgrades with charm and confidence Pour beer, wine, and serve snacks behind the Tipsy Canvas Bar Ring out retail and session add-ons with accuracy and flair Respond to voicemails, emails, and DMs as part of guest service Keep the front desk tidy and the bar stocked and clean Maintain safety, pace, and smiles all around
Requirements:
High energy, outgoing, and reliable Customer service or front-of-house experience preferred Weekend availability required Must be 18+ to serve drinks
Compensation:
$12/hr training base + tips Tip eligible post-training 90-day performance review with raise potential
