The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods and communicate wait times effectively. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Utilize the POS system for managing reservations and guest information efficiently. Skills Strong background in hospitality or food service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
