The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with seating options. Manage the flow of guests in the restaurant, ensuring efficient seating and wait times. Handle reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and reservations as needed. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls professionally. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. A background in food service or hospitality is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services are essential.
