About Bloom Bar:
Bloom Bar is a globally inspired cocktail lounge located in the heart of Buckhead. We combine elevated dining, crafted cocktails, and vibrant nightlife in a chic and culturally rich setting. We’re looking for a warm, polished, and professional Host/Hostess to welcome guests and create an unforgettable first impression.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations and waitlists using the host stand system. Seat guests promptly and communicate any wait times with accuracy and hospitality. Maintain the flow of the dining room and lounge to ensure smooth operations. Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries or to-go orders. Assist with keeping the entrance and host stand area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Prior host/hostess or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, well-spoken, and confident in high-energy environments. Professional appearance and positive attitude required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be the face of Bloom Bar.
