You will play a critical role in shaping the to-go experience for our guests — ensuring orders are accurate, timely, beautifully packaged, and delivered with a smile. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys customer interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly — in-person and over the phone — and ensure a smooth, friendly pickup experience. Take phone and online orders, entering them with precision into the Aloha POS system (or Toast). Double-check order accuracy, packing neatly and efficiently following brand standards. Monitor and manage third-party orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub), ensuring they sync with POS and are fulfilled promptly. Occasionally assist with front-of-house content for social media (video clips, stories) as assigned. Keep the to-go area clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all times. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth handoff and reduce wait times. Promote website ordering and loyalty programs to encourage direct business and customer retention. Collect customer feedback and assist with review requests or comment cards. Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or take-out environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable with POS systems (Aloha, Toast, or similar). Ability to stay calm and organized during rush periods. (English/Chinese or ) is a plus but not required. Team-player attitude and flexible schedule availability, including weekends. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience handling third-party tablets (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats). Basic knowledge of food safety and packaging protocols.
