Host MLBB Hot Pot 3500 Gwinnett Place Drive NW, Duluth, GA 30096 Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours, ensuring timely seating for all guests. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in managing the dining area to ensure cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies as needed. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Skills Strong hospitality background with experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
