Host/Hostess – Sidney’s (Part-Time) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Buford, GA 30518 SUMMARY The Host/Hostess at Sidney’s is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests from the moment they enter the establishment and until the time they depart. They typically guide guests to their seats, handle reservations, and provide any information that a guest may need.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests in a friendly, polite manner. Be prompt, be reliable, and help your co-workers whenever possible. Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables. Estimate wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list. Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. Answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties. Perform other duties as required.
