Depending on experience and interest, you may be trained to be a cashier or a cook on our team. We love to cross train our team members to broaden their skills and help them advance in our company. You will do things like assist a guest with placing an order, help with preparation of food, or assist with keeping the restaurant clean.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position: Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be eligible to legally work in the United States. You must be productive in our store and work with a focus to deliver excellent work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual in these roles is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements: Zaxbys University on-line and shoulder to shoulder ‘hands on’ training.
Guest Service:
Dining Room Hosts/Hostesses are the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcome. They may also assist with seating, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
Cleanliness:
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area is a key responsibility, including cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
Customer Service:
Dining Room Hosts/Hostesses are expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
Other Duties:
Depending on the specific location and shift, other duties may include taking out trash, restocking supplies, and assisting with other front-of-house tasks.
Fast-Paced Environment:
These roles often involve a busy and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
CAPABILITIES REQUIREMENT
Stand for long period of time, walk, and stoop down. Occasionally stoop, bend down, crouch, or climb a ladder. Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. Continuous use of hands, wrists, and arms to grasp and fine manipulation. Communicate proficiently and professionally through speech, reading, and writing. Work in an environment that features HOT and COLD temperature variations and exposure to allergens. Maintain effective audio and visual perception and judgment to observe and respond to matters pertaining to store operations, guest matters, and employee matters.
