Position:
Hostess Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive. Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience. Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times effectively. Collaborate with servers and management to ensure efficient table turnover. Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant specials.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position:
Expo Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate food delivery from the kitchen to the dining area. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo station. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure all orders meet quality standards. Assist in plate presentation and garnishing to enhance guest experience. Communicate effectively with servers to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team.
