Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host As a Host, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries or reservations over the phone
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service procedures is desirable
• A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help others
