The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations while managing the flow of guests in our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Support team members during busy periods to enhance overall guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for helping others and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
