Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Process customer orders accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS, ensuring smooth transactions. Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest relations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including menus and waiting areas. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
