• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and creating a positive dining experience.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and accuratly

• Skills:

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, food or restaurant industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest relations abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations
• Ability to assist guests in detail with menu selections and provide recommendations
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and taking to-go orders
