As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing wait list, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station as well as dining areas. Support the restaurant team during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as required. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
