Responsibilities for breakfast attendant:
Support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily. Efficiently replenishes food, beverages and/or supplies as needed. Maintains cleanliness of food area throughout the morning by reorganizing and tidying food area as necessary. Keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed. FIFO all food & beverage items as they arrive. Set up the breakfast and ensure fresh items are presented throughout the shift. Responsible for preparing, cooking and service daily Breakfast. Responsible for maintaining a clean working area, including sweeping, mopping, dishes and clean up. Responsible to prepare kitchen area for food service the following day. Assisting with group functions and food service/cleanup. Weekends and holidays required.
Qualifications for breakfast attendant:
Responsible for setting up the buffet and prepping for service. Be familiar with the menu and ready to answer questions by guests. A friendly disposition and the ability to work as a team with others. The ability to work a flexible schedule. Availability to work weekends and holidays, in addition to weekdays is a must. Previous hotel experience a plus, but not required.
