Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm and a smile Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate with guests Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
