Job:

This position is responsible for greeting guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner and seating all reservations, walk-ins, and the waitlist using OpenTable while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. This position must be able to “quarterback” the door, directing others as to when and where to seat guests and accurately communicate guest information to service staff and management.

You have experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant You enjoy service and hospitality and are able to speak with guests knowledgeably about New Orleans and things to see and do around the city. You understand the importance of building a local clientele and seek to create lasting relationships with all of our guests. You communicate clearly and professionally with management, staff, and guests You present yourself to others as calm, confident, and positive.
