Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency. Utilize toast POS system to manage reservations and track guest preferences. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring that menus, tables, and waiting areas are presentable. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly. Support the waitstaff during peak hours by helping with food service as needed. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service and genuine hospitality. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
