We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals. What you will do : Greet all guests in a polite and professional manner and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Be able to cross-train in other hotel related areas.
