Photo Booth Host & Event Attendant (Part-Time) Boston Entertainment and Trade company LLC Saugus, MA 01906 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Photo Booth Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating photo booth equipment at various events, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Photo Booth Attendant, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall atmosphere of events while providing top-notch service to attendees. Duties Set up and break down photo booth equipment at event locations. Assist guests in using the photo booth, ensuring they understand how to operate it effectively. Maintain the functionality of the photo booth throughout the event. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Manage guest flow to ensure everyone has an opportunity to use the booth without long wait times. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations during events. Capture candid moments and take photos of guests using the photo booth for promotional purposes. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Experience in events management or hospitality is a plus. Conflict management skills to address any issues that may arise during events effectively. Familiarity with food service or resort environments is beneficial but not required. Public speaking skills are advantageous for engaging larger groups at events. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Pick up equipment from our Saugus warehouse and complete setup checklists Transport and set up the photo booth at event venues Operate photo and video booths (standard, 360 slow-motion, robotic cameras, and more) Provide friendly, proactive customer service during the event Troubleshoot minor technical issues calmly and efficiently Break down and return equipment to the warehouse post-event
