Job Responsibilities Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests Actively manage reservation system to maximize seat count Balance food running and dining room support during busy services Help maintain high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Qualifications/Experience No experience necessary, will train the right candidate Keen interest and willingness to learn Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 12 hours) Knowledge of sake/wine and Japanese ingredients/techniques is a plus Benefits Employee discount, and discounts at sister restaurants Grispy Gai/Mr. Tuna Extra vacation day for your birthday, take it on your birthday or keep it in your pocket for another day!
