⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced Painter or Crew Needed to Finish Interior Reno ASAP (Lincolnville) compensation: Please your hourly or flat rate expectations Please only if you can take this job within the next week, we have a deadline to list our house and it’s coming soon! We’re looking for a skilled, reliable painter (or small crew) to help us finish a home renovation project. Most prep is done, and some rooms are partially painted—just need a professional touch to bring it across the finish line. Attention to detail and clean lines are a must.

Scope of Work Includes:

Mudroom:

paint tongue and groove, trim may already be finished

• Laundry room: paint walls; trim already done
• First floor living areas: paint walls, doors, baseboard; sand and seal window sills
• Boys bedroom: paint ceiling, walls, and trim
• Upstairs hallway: paint doors and trim outside of kids’ rooms

Kitchen:

paint lower cabinets

• Main staircase: paint walls, railings, and stair risers

Entryway/foyer:

paint walls

• All paint provided
• This job needs to be done in 10 days
