The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using Tock.
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods, ensuring timely seating for guests.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests. Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Tock or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
