THE JOB:
As a Busperson, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service in our Asian Fusion Restaurant, Jia. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$10.25 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards. Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with the server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Listens carefully to customers and solves problems quickly, often getting positive feedback. Understands and follows health, safety, and cleaning rules, with a good track record in past inspections. Friendly and helpful with customers, and able to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
