DESCRIPTION A
casino host’s primary responsibility is to enhance the guest experience, build relationships with players (especially high-value ones), and drive revenue by fostering loyalty and repeat business. This involves providing personalized services, attending to player needs, and promoting the casino’s offerings. They act as a liaison between the casino and its patrons, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years of age or older and have a Valid Driver License or State issued ID> 1-year previous experience in casino marketing, player’s club, or other comparable casino guest service position.
