TITLE Host/Hostess – DockSide Deli

DESCRIPTION

Dockside Deli’s Host/Hostess serves as an ambassador for Island View Casino and the outlet. The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming, interacting, and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner to promote a truly unique environment and dining experience. Ability to provide a positive first impression to guests while ensuring that they are seated in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to all restaurant guests and staff. Greets and makes welcome each guest entering the restaurant.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous customer service experience in high volume establishment preferred. Must have excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to maintain proper seating and reservations documentation. Must have a Valid Driver’s License or State issued
