THE JOB:
As a Host in Jia, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience in our vibrant Asian Fusion fine dining restaurant. From the first greeting to the final farewell, your professionalism and warmth help create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and personal. By understanding each guest’s unique story and needs, you will deliver WOW moments they will carry with them long after their meal.
THE STARTING RATE

DAY-TO-DAY
Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories as you assist them with their reservations and/or sit them at their table. Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners as it relates to guest contact and table information Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in‐house groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code of the restaurant
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is 18+ years of age Preferably has customer service and or restaurant experience
