TITLE Hostess/Cashier – Beach Blvd Steamer

DESCRIPTION

It is the primary responsibility of the Host/Cashier to serve as personal ambassador for Island View Casino and Beach Blvd Steamer. They are responsible for proactively greeting, interacting, and assisting our guests in a professional manner to promote a truly unique and special atmosphere and is responsible for processing payment transactions for Servers including cash, credit card, players’ points, and complimentary vouchers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Previous customer service experience in high volume establishment preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for seating guest in the restaurant according to the rotation requirements. Ability to maintain proper seating and reservations documentation.
