THE JOB:

The part-time Poker Guest Representative’s primary responsibility is to greet guests as they enter the Poker Room. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE

$16.75 an hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner Efficiently process monetary transactions and exchanges with guests Assist with the registration and payout of poker tournaments Keep and run the players list for all games Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Takes pride in their work Performs well under pressure Exhibits 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experience Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License Excels in counting and handling high volumes of money with exceptional skill
