Morning Host/Hostess Oceanana Pier House Restaurant 700 East Fort Macon Road, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. Skills A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service in a restaurant or hotel setting. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
