The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of guest relations and hospitality, making it critical for the success of our establishment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed. Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and preferences, providing assistance as needed. Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods and keep members informed about wait times. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Assist in managing the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the overall dining experience. Experience Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
