The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements using the Aloha POS system. Maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours to ensure efficient table turnover. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Toast POS is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
