The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and inviting. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to help create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating of guests. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and organizing utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and management when required. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone is a plus.
