• About Us:

• We are a new restaurant located in the epicenter of Uptown Charlotte. We are a fine dining restaurant that specializes and focuses on Seafood.

• Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, hotel, or food service and possess excellent communication skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
• Utilize POS system for order entry and processing
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Support guest relations by providing assistance as needed

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
