An upbeat and ‘can do’ attitude is required! As a Hostess/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and restaurant experience will be essential as you greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating. You will utilize relevant skills such as POS systems and guest relations to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your role is vital in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the overall success of our hospitality team.
