Who We Need:

An energetic, people-loving host to be the first friendly face at Resident Culture South End. You’ll set the tone for our “Where your weird is welcome” culture from the moment guests walk in!

The Details:

• Pay:

  $15-17/hour

• Location:

  332 W Bland Street, Suite C, Charlotte, NC 28203

• Must be 21+ (we’re a brewery, after all!

)

Your Daily Adventures:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and personality
• Master our seating chart like a game of Tetris
• Keep the flow smooth between door and table
• Be the communication hub between guests and servers
• Help maintain our welcoming atmosphere
• Pitch in with team tasks when needed
• Career growth encouraged and the opportunity to work private events and cross train available

Must-Haves:

• Weekend warrior availability
• Physical stamina for constant movement
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to serve alcohol
