Host/To-Go:
The Host/ To Go position is a multifaceted position that requires the team member to greet the guests with a warm, welcoming smile, control the flow of seating, support the staff with whatever is necessary to take care of the guest and execute the to go role when necessary.
Functions:
Keeps host stand clean. Greets every guest with a sincere, warm welcome Answers phone, opens doors and seats guest. Performs opening, running and closing side work. Packages food according to company guidelines Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Assists other Team Members as needed. Helps guest place and pick up to go orders Collects payment from guest following company established accounting procedures for all transactions Rings in orders and processes payments in micros Operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies
Requirements:
Stand/walk 4 to 8 hours per shift. Reach, lift and bend, frequently. Ability to read and write English. Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests. Ability to be friendly and smile Hospitality Mindset
