MUST ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKDAY

(Monday thru Friday) Lunch hours We are looking for a part time hostess at this location. the shifts will be Monday Thru Friday lunch hours, plus couple dinner shifts. If you are looking for full-time, we have more hours available at our second location. No experience needed but you must able to work as a team. If you have past experience in the sushi restaurant, that is a plus, but it is not require, as long as you are willing to learn. Summary As a Host/Cashier at Room 112, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience while managing cash transactions efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waiting list. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist with food service as needed during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Requirements Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others.
