In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage the seating chart efficiently to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Handle customer service issues professionally, providing solutions that enhance guest experiences. Assisting customers with reservations and takeout orders. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant setting, but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on helping others and resolving issues effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
